Stop by the Tasting Room and try our latest Pilot beer! We are constantly experimenting with different styles and new ingredients on our 10-gallon pilot system. Whether it’s one of our brewers trying to fine tune a recipe, or a Tasting Room ambassador developing their first recipe, our pilot system is available for anyone on staff to use. When we’re happy with the results of a pilot batch we share them in our Tasting Room; and if customer feedback and brewery sensory assessment are really positive, the beer can earn a spot in our Sputnik Series!
