University of Southern Maine student Katie Knox speaks to the quality of the summer internship with Rising Tide craft brewery through the Quality Control Collaboratory (QC2).
Katie worked with the team at Rising Tide Brewing Company through the summer of 2023 to help identify the cause and adjust the elevated PH levels in a specific beer.
