Rising Tide Brewing Co. is embarking on a three-part, 6,400-square-foot expansion to meet the demand for more beer and more event space in East Bayside.
With greater production space, Sanborn estimated the brewery would produce more than 5,000 barrels of beer next year, up from about 4,500 barrels.
