Midnight Sour with Raspberries
Sailcloth /ˈsālˌklôTH/ (n)—canvas or other material used for making sails.
Sailcloth is a blend of a wheat stout fermented in oak barrels with Brettanomyces and a mixed-fermentation sour ale aged in wine barrels with fresh Maine raspberries.
