Hestia

Spontaneously Fermented Ale with Raspberries

Hestia – A steamship traveling from Glasgow, Scotland to St. John, NB sank October 25, 1909, on the dreaded Old Proprietor ledge, southeast of Grand Manan. Only six of the forty crewmen survived.

Brightly sour and mildly funky with a bold jam-like raspberry flavor.
