The second beer in our Entrepôt “warehouse ale” series, [d’hiver] is a dark winter saison-style ale brewed with rye and spices. This beer is fermented with our blend of French and American yeast strains. Mahogany in color, with notes of caramel, rye bread, orange, citrus spice, and anise.
