d’automne — fall in French

D’Automne was the first of our Entrepôt series of “warehouse ales.” Originally available in draft only under the moniker [oats], d’Automne is now our fall seasonal saison-style ale featuring a generous portion of oats and fermented with a blend of French and American yeast strains. Orange in color and slightly hazy, with notes of citrus and pepper and a luxuriant mouthfeel from the oats.
