Cordial [ˈkôrjəl] (n)—a sweet fruit-flavored drink.

Cordial is a Belgian-style ale brewed with local heritage wheat and fermented with a blend of yeast strains and lactobacillus. Fermented for a year in the oak barrels, then aged on Montmorency cherries for 8 weeks, it is lightly tart and earthy with a bold cherry aroma matched with notes of graham cracker and almonds. Packaged by hand in 375ml cork-and-cage finish bottles. Hand printed letterpress labels by Ascensius Press.
