Ales for ALS

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) —is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.

Brewed in participation with the Ales for ALS project this beer features a proprietary hop blend from Loftus Randches and Hopunion. This saison was dry hopped to highlight the flavors and aromas of these proprietary hops. We used CaraMunich 60 and Extra Special malts to balance this beer. A portion of the proceeds from this beer will go directly to ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) to help fund the discovery and development of new treatment methods for ALS. ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that leads to paralysis, there is no known cure.
