Innovation in the Blue Economy
UPDATE: Tis the season for get-togethers and gifts so we went ahead and invited our friends at Maine Oyster Company to join us next week for the Blue Economy Innovation session. Their fabulous crew will be serving a complimentary Black Pearl Oyster Shooter to the first 60 guests through the door. To add to the festivities, the same folks will also receive a Rising Tide Brewing Company beer ticket good for one of their incredible brews.
We are happy to provide these treats to attendees while supplies last. Beer tickets will only be shared with those who are 21 or older. Make sure you register for the event if you haven’t already and join us at the venue at 4:30pm to be sure you receive your oyster shooter and beer.
Entrepreneurship in the Blue Economy: Innovation in the Blue Economy
What does innovation look like within Maine’s blue economy? Join us for our December EITBE session to hear how a cross section of entrepreneurs and organizations located statewide approach and apply innovation. Panelists will touch on the transformations occurring in well-established and fledgling industries as existing products and processes are improved upon and new opportunities are created. The results of these efforts increase value creation, strengthen Maine’s research and development infrastructure, and spur investment.
