We kick off Maine Beer Week with the official release of POLARIS our Wheat Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels. The limited release of 336 bottles will hit shelves on Thursday November 10 to coincide with the first day of Maine Beer Week. But we'll be pouring a 1/6 barrel keg at Mama's Crowbar on Wednesday evening. Come on out to get a preview of the POLARIS on draft!

Rising Tide is honored to help kick off the official festivities of Maine Beer Week by pairing our URSA MINOR with the dessert course at the 5 Brewer Beer Dinner at David's Restaurant. We will be joined by Maine Beer Company, Oxbow Brewing, Marshall Wharf, and Baxter Brewing for this creative five-course dinner. Seats are $65 excluding tax and tip. We're partnering with chef Jeff Landry to create a beer dinner pairing all of our beers—including a special beer exclusively for the event—with the creative cuisine of The Farmer's Table. Rising Tide Meet the Brewer event at Novare Res Bier Cafe. We'll be at Novare Res pouring DAYMARK, ATLANTIS, and POLARIS from 4 until at least 6. Come by, meet the brewer, and try some of our beers on draft at one of the premier beer bars in the world. We'll wrap up Maine Beer Week by celebrating with the other great Maine brewers at the Maine Brewers Total Tap Takeover at The Great Lost Bear! Come on out THE location for local draft since 1979, where every Maine brewer will be representing for the evening. All the brewers will be in attendence, and the event will support the Preble Street Resource Center. What better way to cap off an amazing week of beer?
